The three amounts we will call a, b, and c. I am dividing by 1000 to save space.

a + b + c = 100

.04a + .05b + .06c = 4.9

.05b + .06c = .04a + 2.5

If you actually solve this system, then

a = 30, b = 50, and c = 20 (in thousands of pesos, of course).
