Don't get too excited now. I'm a Chargers fan, but I'm very tentative about their success this year with the new coaching staff. Norv Turner's history speaks for itself, and while I agree that this is the most talented team that he has ever had, it still makes me very nervous.
Also take into account that we lost Donnie Edwards, which means we lost a lot of talent and experience in the middle linebacker position. We also lost Eric Parker for nearly the entire year, which means we have to rely on a very young and fairly inexperienced receiving core.
And quite frankly, the AFC is just nasty this year. Pats, Colts, Bengals, Steelers, Broncos, and Ravens. All quality and dominating teams. Getting the AFC championship will be no cakewalk for any team this year.
One game at a time, my friends. Don't look too far and just deal with each game as it comes, and go Chargers!

Oh yeah, and you forgot the part where Norv Turners record as a head coach is 58-82-1. Uh huh. And have either Shawne Merriman, LT, Antonio Gates, or Philip Rivers ever been on a team that won a Playoff game? Negative. I'll tell you who stops you, the Bears. This team can play, and everyone is already counting them dead. You are in for a suprise on Sunday the 9th, because the Bears are gonna take it to ya.

IF D.J. Williams can step up and stop the run the Broncos in the AFC (in their division even) have a chance at beating out the Chargers.
Reason: Bronco secondary will shut down Rivers. Travis Henry will be able to convert on 3rd downs. Brandon Stokley Javon Walker and Brandon Marshall are some SERIOUS weapons for Cutler.

the chargers are great at the skill position BUT they haven't even played a game this year that matters and Ur saying who's gonna stop us. I'm a bears fan and hope they whip their butts on Sunday then will see!! but i do know who for sure can stop them, Injury's can. LT or Rivers or Gates goes down and what happens next.

The Chargers will be a huge disappointment this year. they may win their division but they can't beat the Pats, Colts or even the Ravens this year! Norv Turner is a joke! They will need a huge year from two wide outs in order to win it all.
