Been to several. I used to have one two blocks from my house when I was a child. They used to have speakers. now they make you use your radio. Just be careful. Many a person forgets to run the engine now and then and their car battery goes dead. They have jumpers there but your battery may die anyway.

Yes. We have one here in Vermont that has 4 screens. It's only about 2 miles from where I live. They play all the up to date movies. I took my kids to see Shrek 3, and Hary Potter and The Order Of the Phoenix at it. I love them!!!!! No more speakers in the windows - you tune your radio to preset stations.

My first date way back in 1979 was to a drive in to see Urban Cowboy. I later lived across the street from that drive in and we actually had a speaker attached to the house and could sit outside on the patio at night and watch and listen to the movies at the drive in.

We went to one that was in Tacoma when we were kids. I think we were seeing one of the Ninja Turtles' movies (with the animatronics, not the cartoon). My parents took my sister and I. We had so many snacks in the back of that van and we fell asleep before we saw the whole picture.
Aaahhh . . . the good old days.

Yeah, I used to go all the time as a kid, but they shut the place down for the longest time. It's been re-opened, but I haven't had the chance to go again quite yet. Man, drive-in movies are the best!!

We used to go all the time when we were younger. It was a lot of fun to pile in the car, take a big bag of home popped pop corn, cans of pop and other snacks and watch the movie. One time my sis and I went to the drive-in and went to sleep, boy were we shocked when we woke up at 4 am asleep at the drive-in!!!!!!!!!!!!!
