I recently bought on ebay a sony boombox. It was advertised as a new condition certain model. The one shipped to me was a different model of boombox. It is shiny and looks brand new, although it wasn't in original packaging. Also, the seller listed "No Refunds." Should I be mad, and is there anything I can do?

First contact the seller and see if he is willing to do anything. If not, file a "Significantly Not As Described" dispute. They may say no refunds, but sellers are required to list items accurately and you should get the item in the condition it was listed in and they're required to send what is listed so if they listed a certain model and that's what you bid on, then that is what they were supposed to send. No refunds usually won't hold up in disputes. Contact seller and file SNAD if they're no help.

If an merchandise replaced into not as defined then you may strengthen a paypal dispute. in case you paid by ability of PayPal and there replaced into conceal as much as the fee of the article, then you could get a reimbursement from PayPal if the article is shown to not be as defined.
