yeah take it back they'll probably give you a free one, but you'll need the receipt too.

Well, unless you get sick from it, I wouldn't worry about it. Maybe after work, you can stop by there again and talk to the manager, and bring in that freshness sticker plus your receipt. I'm sure you'll get at least a free salad, maybe even some coupons for other stuff. Then, next time, check your food before you drive off.

you dont have to look at the sticker to see if the salad is fresh or not. You probably can get a free one or your money back but how can you sue unless you get sick if you ate it.

I dont think you have a case.Salads only last one day unless you place it in a special container to keep salad fresh during more than two days. Did you?

You could call corporate and complain and they'd maybe send you a gift card or a coupon or something. But you don't have a LEGAL case unless you get seriously sick.

As long as you're not bothered by little things like self respect or pride then yes. You have a water tight case.

Maybe you had a chance if you went immeditely back inside and complained but if you went home got online asked this question...waited for an answer then went back....signs point to tough luck.

Yeah, you have a case to take it back and ask for a new one. If by case you mean court case, don't even waste your time. You won't win anything.

You have a "case" to get your money back, or offer it to someone who is REALLY hungry. One day over expiration does not a "case" make.
