I have dis prob wit da psp internet. Wen i put da search thang it be sayin dat i found 3 wifi conections i got ta da first onw wich is mine. I aint got no prob with da directions and all dat. Da prob is when it say test da connection it says. Obtaining ip address..........a few later....it says it timed out. How i fix dis?

It seems you have a problem speaking english.
My suggestion is to learn english, then check to see if your wireless router is configured to let you use the psp online.

go into your router settings and set it for open dont lock it or else you wont be able to connect i had the same problem
