GWB is and has shown himself to be totally ignorant it the absolute sense of the word.

As an Aussie I am totally offended by the hoo-hah that has gone on about this idiot who can't remember where he is or why he's here.

Don't know about the reports getting through to the U.S. but he has severely stirred things up with both the Russian and Chinese reps in the short time he's been here.

His 'George-isms' have kept on and on though. This guy needs to talk to a psych or his Mommy to learn that despite being in the last days of Presidency you should have some decorum and sense of what you're doing.

To those who claim he is well educated. There is one huge gulf between that and being intelligent. You would hardly expect a rich American to be poorly educated would you? They leave that to the poor. His big problem seems to be that his mouth is faster than his brain. Having said that he is a very dangerous man to have as leader of the most powerfull country. Let's hope their next President is an intelligent, caring person.

I'd be surprised if his IQ is higher than 95. Which wouldn't be all bad, albeit a little below average. But he's definitely NO candidate for Mensa.

IQ isn't everything, though. Common sense counts for a LOT! And he doesn't appear to have a milligram of it. How else could our Warmonger-in-Thief have been STUPID (and heartless) enough to have become the worst mass-murderer the world has seen since Pol Pot? And Cheney -- the man behind the curtain, for Bush -- is every bit as bad, in that respect. Except that HE seems to have a brain. And that just makes him even MORE guilty. And impeachable!

It's unfortunate that you believe the left's propaganda. You know they are the ones who voted for the war in Iraq. Now they won't even support the troops, and they want to cut-and-run. Yeah I said it!! Call me a liar, then go read the Iraq Liberation Act. Then you will know the truth of their POLITICALLY motivated attacks on Bush.

9/8 - I think it's ridiculous that you think he is dumb because he slipped on an acronym and a country name when they are so close to what he meant. Haven't you ever had a lot on your mind? Afterall, he is human. It really goes to show where your political agenda is.

Also, the ratings people have been giving our answers is another indication of where peoples political agendas are. Notice how everyones are mostly negative. At the time I wrote this response I was 2+ and 7-

Bush has never been a good speaker, but it doesn't make him any less of a leader! This question and that article are obvious propaganda.

excuses excuses excuses .. MY GOD ..

listen to all you silly billies ( can't risk a violation now , can I ? )..

If your president suffers from JETLAG,and that is the reason why he can't talk properly, then he shouldn't attempt to make a speach until he is *grounded* again....

why risk insulting a people who are meant to be valued allies by not getting their name correct ????

I can't insult people by calling BUSH a wanker .. BECAUSE that IS correct!!!!!

EDIT: Joe in Tulsa, and you're a wanker too .. I HEARD GWB'S VOICE SAYING THE INCORRECT THINGS HE DID.. gawd MAN take some responsibility for the DUFUS you elected.

I'll be John Howard loved it when his brave soldiers were called "Austrian". That would like some world leader coming here and calling US troops, "Armenian"
