A good restaurant for what? What's the occasion? What cuisine? What'syer budget? Location is a good thing to know too in order to thoughtfully answer your question. If you're in the city and don't know where to go, Applebie's usually offers enough to keep most people happy, with dinner prices ranging anywhere from around $7 - $16 per person, not including beverages or dessert.

The Olympus, Protaras, Cyprus. Family run, Flouris, Andreas, Costas, they're all so friendly, and the food is just fabulous, with really generous portions! Mmmmmm, we try and go at least once a week! Send them our love when you go!

Locanda Locatelli is good http://www.locandalocatelli.com/html/first.html so is Rules http://www.rules.co.uk/ these are both very good but if you don't want to spend quite as much you could try Cactus Blue http://www.cactusblue.co.uk/ or Automat http://www.automat-london.com/ as these are slightly cheaper but still good London restaurants.
