Where is the harp at Nicktropolis?

I have found evrythin but the harp to get the ant fourtress.

I have two friends who know what this question is about (I have no clue!) One says its in Bikini Bottom, outside the Krusty Krab, another says its in the Slime Room.
Hope this helps and that it makes more sense to you than it does to me!!
