Have you recently been through a seperation from either a spouse or a person who you lived with? What were some good coping skills and things you did to ease the transition?

it's hell. try to keep busy with friends and/or hobbies.
take good care of yourself - it's one day at a time. the cliche that time heals all wounds is true!

Redirect that negative vibe to good friends - whether in person, on the phone or online - who have ears that hear and mouths that will provide understanding verbiage. It will begin the healing process and prepare you to stride into the future.

well my ex boyfriend is making things difficult right now, and he's really mad at me because i ended the relationship. I ignored him. But go out on a Friday night with your friends to catch a movie or dinner or late-night party or something.

Make sure that you keep your distance from him, men tend to leave but they come back just when necesarry to play with your head. Do something that you've always wanted to do but never did, like taking dance classes, going to the gym, coloring your hair, etc.. and make sure that whenever he sees you if he does you look fantastic and not depressed. My husband just picked up and left me three weeks ago. I haven't heard from him since. It hurts so bad, I just pray, go to church, and try to let it go.
