Do you get the feeling Bush is stalling all decision making on Iraq?

that could lead on a pullout of american troops or significant draw down?

or perhaps its not a feeling....maybe its just common knowledge and I am just not in on it.

that is obvious actually, he's leaving the issue of Iraq to the next guy (or gal)

He hasn't stalled. He has no plan on withdrawing or lessening the troops. He has set up camp in Iraq. His plan is to make sure we have a very strategic place in the Middle East.
