If it's a supervised party I would say that it's fine. An unsupervised party I woulnd't reccomend because you can't trust children of that age to make the right descisions. There's always the shady kid at a party who loves to push the limits. It really depends on what kind of party it is. Use your judgement and follow your instincts. If you have any doubts it's probably not a good idea.
