So I was watching MTV Cribs earlier today and one of the band members of Good Charlotte showed everyone that he owns a tiger, and it's chained up in his backyard.
Isn't that illegal?

I don't think its illegal for a person to own a tiger as pet, but definately check with the state...for example, I believe it is illegal to own a tiger in the state of Florida...

You need a very special permit but it can be done. A licence to own exotic animals,etc.
