It took a lot of folks with a lot of power and money and planning ability and persistence conspiring over a long period to get those jet liners into the World Trade Center towers, and into the Pentagon.

It took a rapid, intense, determined, resolute conspiracy of a small number of folks to make another liner go down before it could hit the White House.

These conspiracies are evident. I suspect what you are suggesting is that some Americans in government or elsewhere conspired to cause, encourage, or allow these things to occur on that day. I have no evidence or opinion as to that possibility (yes, conceivable as a possibility).

No, "September 11" is not a conspriacy.
It is a date, just like any other date.
So, in that regard, the only "conspiracy"
is the one perpetrated by those who created the calendar.

However, if your poorly phrased question
is referring to the horrific events
which occurred on September 11, 2001,
then, yes, it was a "conspiracy",
because a group of individuals CONSPIRED
to terrorize the planet by their carefully plotted schemes.

BTW, the word "conspiracy" does not necessarily
denote an "evil" act (refer to the link, below).
After all, many people have CONSPIRED
to throw others a surprise party,
without becoming the world's most wanted felon! ;)

If you are implying there was a conspiracy of the Bushies regarding the events of September 11, 2001, no I don't think so. I don't think they conspired to do anything but focus on Saddam Hussein rather than the real threat to the U.S., Osama bin Forgotten--I mean, bin Laden.

It was conspiracy on the part of bin Laden and his followers and severe neglect on the part of our government since January 2001.
