Atomic weights: Ca=40 C=12 O=16 CaCO3=100

1 lb-molCaCO3 x 100 lbCaCO3/1 lb-molCaCO3 = 100 lb CaCO3

It works just like gram molecular weights. You could ask the same question about a ton mole.
