If the child is one, he or she isn't going to do much more than sit there and smoosh his or her hand into the cake you put in front of him or her. At one year of age, the party is really more about the friends and family of the parents.

I would suggest your home or back yard. The reason being is that at 1, you will have a lot of little micro organisms that can make your baby sick and everyone else too. I understand the need for baby / kidfriendly environment, but they are not the cleanest in my opinion.
I suggest, just take the money that you would spend on the party place, order in and get a cake. Invite the friends/family over for the little one at home and have at it. I would be afriad with them that little who crawl and like to put things in their mouth, that it would be a better choice for this age.
Just my opinion, and congrats! Happy Birthday to the little one.

somewhat, for a a million year previous its ultimate to easily save it somewhat small and straightforward...purely very close kinfolk. Thats what we did for my daughter's first birthday and it worked out somewhat properly. As a mom, you opt for for to have the potential to easily savor your newborn on their particular social gathering and not could desire to hardship approximately tending to different little ones or relaxing adults. McDonalds is a huge birthday spot in case you insist on inviting different little ones and having an fairly "social gathering." Its purely approximately $50 for 10 little ones and that consists of 10 happy food, the cake, ice cream, goody bags, decorations, and a hostess who will set up, serve the toddlers, and freshen up each thing whilst its over. We did this for my daughter's 2d birthday and it replaced into soooo basic, and much less high priced, too! The adults will maximum probable purely order food for themselves so which you wont could desire to hardship approximately having to pay for them. I exceedingly recommend it!

At your home with a few close friends and relatives. At one year a child will not remember and they can play and crawl around at home much more safely.

Perhaps in your home or backyard? One year olds don't really get "it" when it comes to birthdays. Their 2nd bday will be much more interactive for them to experience.
