I work in the State of Arizona, my employer states he is not
required by law to give you a 15 minute break. does anybody no if this is true, and if so where legally does it state that

Yes, it's true. Employers in Arizona are not required to provide ANY breaks to employees; however, most business owners will have employees take a lunchbreak anyway - otherwise, it would be really hard to keep decent employees.

Arizona is a "Right to work" state. That means their labor laws are different, and there are very few unions. Break times are not legally required, and overtime is calculated based on how many hours you work in a month, rather than how many in a day or week (this means you're less likely to receive overtime pay).

Well I work in the UK and I am sure that you have to take 20 mins after you have done 4 hours. I am sure it must tell you if you search on US employment law - i suppose over in the US the rules are different per state. I am coming to Arizona (Scottsdale) next Friday 14 September for my annual holiday. Looking to hit some shooping malls and eat lots of Victoria Fillets in the Outback (my favourite restaurant)
