.05mg of synthroid for low thyroid
100 mg CLOMID for not ovulating/low progesterone. this is my second round of clomid. last month I was on 50.

My progesterone level BEFORE 50mg clomid was 0.6. AFTER it was 0.9

And i'm TTC. Anyone in my shoes have any luck? Any stories, insight or support? Thank you.

I have my thyroid tested every year. It's at a "normal" range. My dr. told me for where it is, it's like a regular person without a thyroid condition. So long as I continue with the medication.
Thanks!

Does anyone know anyone in my condition that conceived? I'm worried I will not be able to get PG. Thanks.

Your progesterone level will continue to be low until you start ovulating. It sounds like you need a higher dose of Clomid to help you ovulate.
Also, be sure your TSH is within normal range--0.3-3.0, but as close to 1 as you can get it. If your TSH it out of whack, the Clomid isn't going to do much good.
And if you the Clomid just won't work for you then you should discuss Femara with your doctor.

That's great that your thyroid is under control. I too have hypothyroidism and anovulation. However, I have PCOS, in addition to my other problems. I have conceived once on Clomid, unfortunantly the pregnancy ended in early miscarriage, but it is possible to get pregnant.

I didn't ovulate on 50 mg of clomid. A lot of people don't. In fact, some doctors skip the 50 mg dose and go straight to 100 mg. I had weak ovulation on 100 mg and conceived on 150 mg.

The thyroid meds may take awhile to have their full effect so once your thyroid is stabilized you'll be on the right track. We have a whole family with thyroid problems so I know it can really throw your whole system outta whack. Good luck!!!
