Let n be the first odd number
n + 2 = the second odd number
(n + 2) + 2 = the third odd number (or can be written as n + 4)
(n + 4) + 2 = the fourth odd number (can be written as n + 6)
(n + 6) + 2 = the fifth odd number (can be written as n + 8)

Therefore, the sequence of five odd numbers are :
n, n+2, n+4, n+6, n+8
