So, the three most common forms of government in the world today are monarchy, dictatorship, and democracy. Out of all of those, which would you believe would be the most efficient in decision making and why? I heard democracy but that seems like it would be the most FAIR in decision making and I'm not sure about efficient so please tell me which you believe and why.

Efficient as in quick? Dictatorship. One person makes the decision and no one argues (well, no one argues and lives)

Dictatorship would be the most efficient. . .
there's one person to make the decision -- s/he doesn't have to debate the pros and cons -- s/he can just act.
