Are those oil derricks in Huntington Beach CA actually pumping new oil from out of the ground?

I recently was in California on vacation and noticed all of those oil derricks at Huntington Beach. Is the Californian coast rich in oil?

It's an old field, and not one of the biggest,
but if those pump beams are moving, oil
is being extracted.
