my mind is never on one thing. it's always on 4 or 5 different things. the cool thing about that is that i can not listen very well in class and think about other stuff but still know what they're saying so i don't really get in trouble.

Always..it just so hard..when I first started doin meditation the instructor said to not think about anythin "to keep your mind clear and focus on the music" you can't believe how hard that is cause every time you think of somethin..but eventually I relaxed and enjoyed it
