Shiva from FFX, because she is so beautiful. Yojimbo from FFX would be my 2nd pick.

Most definately Knights of the round, a close second and third are FFX's Anima and Yojimbo (one is very powerful, especially with the Oblivion attack and the other can kill ANY boss with his Zanmato attack.)
