I have a Geely JL50QT-21 and the little black lever need to the throttle appears to be the choke cable. However, whenever I pull on it, makes my engine die. I have no idea what this thing is for nor is it explained in the manual. What is a that lever for?

It opens/closes the choke on the carburator.
For most engines, to start them, you want more fuel in the chamber. So you close the choke to start the engine. Once the engine has warmed up, it doesn't need as much fuel, so you open the choke.
Typically you want to open the choke as soon as possible to allow a greater amount of air into the chambers as leaving the choke closed wastes fuel.
Pull off the cover to the air filter. when you flip the choke switch, you should see a butterfly type valve open and close. When it's closed it will cover the hole of the carburator. When it's open, the hole will freely allow air to flow through the carburator.
So you want the choke closed (flap covering the hole) when you first start the scooter. (It should be easier to start too). Once you get the engine started, then open the choke to minimize wasting fuel.

The choke restricts air flow into the carburetor and causes it to build up a vacuum inside the carburetor that pulls extra gas or if you're British they call it petrol. This is to help the engine run when it's cold because cold fuel doesn't evaporate as fast and wont burn as well. You should only need the choke to start the engine when it's cold then turn it off as soon as the engine is warm enough to run with out it. If it starts ok cold with out the choke then just leave it off.

Choke cable is used to limit air intake during cold start of a gasoline engine. I am assuming you havea manual choke. Once the engine is warm-up, you will need to open it to allow more air flow which will give you the speed. When you pulled on it which open-up the butterfly valve to let too much air in. That's why your engine stalled.

I use the choke while driving my ride went hot and lose power, start to making sound of some metalic ball moving inside i don t understand why this happen ? Now what should i need to do for stoping this ?

use the choke only when starting a cold engine. take choke off when it warms alittle.. never use when driving
