I know the basics like how to get aroused but I wanna know does an orgazm come naturally or do most people fake it? How long does it take for a women to have one? How can the guy tell the women is aroused and who gets aroused first the man or women? Thanks.

An orgasm comes naturally when a woman is really aroused and relaxed. However, some woman (either because they're tense or not really concentrated) fake it in order not to dissapoint their partner. But generally, people don't fake it; it really happens. (notice; a female orgasm is nothing but the release of the tension in the muscles, provoked by the sexual act or masturbation, therefore, it's a natural phenomenon that happens to be very pleasurable.)
How long? It depends. Some women can reach theirs after 10 minutes, others need longer, others don't even reach it that easily. Depends on how exciting the experience is being.
How can the guy tell a woman is aroused? Men have erections, therefore it's obvious. It's more subtle on woman but there are signs: the nipples get harder, redder and more sensitive, the vagina gets 'wet' (a natural lubrificant fluid released when a woman is excited). However, a guy can't really tell if a woman is having an orgasm or faking it. That's communication between the partners is important.
Who gets aroused first? It's very difficult to tell. Depends.

most times I average about 2 or 3, sometimes more, sometimes less. for some women it is harder to orgasm, for some it is easy. I am personally on the harder side of things and so I am not only lucky but have a good guy.

sadly alot of women do fake it in order to arouse the man so that he will reach orgasm as well...i dunno why maybe they are just not into the moment, i will admit i have faked a few..heheh our secret!! umm length of time varies, some women it takes an hour some women 15 min...it just all depends. Umm one way the man could tell if she is aroused is by how she is touching him and if she is kissing his neck and devishly smiling!!...i think that men usually become arroused first.
