I am kind of embarrassed to ask this, but I have no where else to go. I have puffy nipples and little bumps around my areola. You can't really notice them unless i get cold. I don't know why they are there. Does anyone else have them... or know what this is? Is it something i should be worried about? I have never heard of anyone having this issue but me.

VERY normal.
These are simply ducts and when you are cold they protrude more.
Most women have these - some more. some less visible.
Please do not worry (I am a doc and women ask me this all the time).

Totally normal. :-) If your breasts are still growing, the puffiness in the nipples is just likely related to that, but if you're fully developed, it's still not unusual to have more puffy than "eraser shaped" nipples. The little bumps are likely just hair follicles, which is why they show up more when you're cold - that's that goosebumps are!

It is obviously cold right now as you are seeing them. It is normal, some women's nipple tend to stiffen with bumps around it and it is from the cold. You'll probably have to wear padded bras from now on as it can get you some unwanted looks.

normal, they are like little skin tags thats what my doctor told me. no worries !
