One time I did work on this project and the credit was given to someone who had nothing to do with the success of the project. The person got promoted and myself and others got the shaft.

In real life, bad conquers good all the time. Especially if there is money involved.

doctor messed up my wife, we sued, health insurance took my settlement, 1 million dollars. We got nothing. My wife died from complications, and I owe thousands that I will never be able to pay. There is real evil in this world, and it is corporate america. Bad beats good every day, you will just never see stories like mine on any news broadcast.

Yup - someone I will refer to as my Blue - I loved her with all my heart and soul - was taken away from me by some silly girls infatuation with my Blue - the idea was Blue was a good role model for her idea of a perfect mom - as she had lost her own mom who died - she thought up a way to get her father hitched up to my Blue - she imagined she was a teen witch - cast some silly spell to get her own way - she also went to high school with my Blue's teenage daughters - the situation became tense as my Blue's ex-partner gave a helping hand - a way at getting back at his ex-wife to undermine our relationship - my Blue's two daughters were caught up with mixed emotions - as you can imagine - not a good situation. I was gutted - heartbroken.

Yes, in the workplace. I have seen people backstab other co-workers to get ahead and they got away with it. But, in the end... they will get their karma.
