Lets be honest here. I would probably take the money out and trow it in his yard. I am broke right now, I would love to find my neighbors wallet! LOL.

Just return it as a lost wallet has nothing to do with me.
Though I'd be tempted to toss it through an open window or door and yell grenade.

Depends - normally would return it but alternatively could add some really nasty porn pics/escort cards & maybe some drugs before dropping it anonymously in the lost property box at the police station. Assuming they had done something to deserve it.
You did use the word HATED - if you truly did hate someone you would be mad to pass up a golden opportunity like that.

Give it to them as long as I could control my self, I mean I am a cow and we often nibble at things we didn't ought to. I hope I could give it back on one piece. How ever I have no opposeable thumbs so I would have to post it through the door with my mouth.
Unless of course I got someone to stick it on one of my head decorations (as i like to call them) And then MOOOOO really loudly outside their door in hope that they would retrieve said wallet.

if they hated me i know they would blame me for taking it in the first place(not that i steal) so i will take the money but i can't keep money i have taken wrongly so i will have to spend it as soon as possible. To crown it, i would buy an ice cream on a hot day go over and say hi then leave. LOL

I try not to hate anyone. I'd give it back to them.
Of course here in Switzerland there is a compulsory 10% finders reward if you hand something valuable in to the police. So if it was someone I really disliked I might hand it into the police.

I would return it. If I lost my wallet I would want whoever found it to return it, so I would do the same. It's always good to treat people the way you would like to be treated.

I like to think I'm honest enough to return it, but I would probably drop it in the mailbox so I wouldn't have to talk to them. I suppose if I actually saw them right after finding it, I would hand it over in person.
