I want to add 22 inch wheels to my 79 cordoba and the bolt spacing is 4.5 x 5 is that the same at 5 x 114.3mm?

also any suggestions or recommendations? like the car is not lifted and I saw like 4 or 5 cordobas with 22s with out being lifted so what tire size should I get ?also currently i have 265/50/15 rear and 235/50 up front if that helps

4.5"=114.3mm

So, a bolt pattern of 5 on 4 1/2 is equal to 5x114.3mm.

No. 4.5 is 4 and a half and 5 is 5 inches. As far as tire size, ask a tire shop after you buy your 22's. 22" X what?
