Who used to do the job I am applying for? Why did they leave it? If they got promoted, what are they doing now? If they got demoted or fired, what for?

What do you personally like about working here? What would you change if it were up to you?

How would you describe the general attitude around this place (competitive vs. cooperative, relaxed vs. uptight)?

Assuming I do my job well, what advancement opportunities are there?
