I havn'te seen them all but a spring day in San Francisco is hard to beat. Especially as expereinced from the other side of the Bay driving Highway 80 in berkely to the bay bridge, the penisula can be seen the buildings including the Transamerica Pyriamid, the golden gate bridge, and the sail boats. A sunny spring day, it's hard to imagine a city more picturesque.
LA is pretty nice too, especially on a clear day from the Harbor 105 greenline sation. One can see the HOLLYWOOD sign and the LA skyline in one filed of vision. It is quite spectacular.
But SF on a clear spring day the outline of the peninsula, the contraxt between the city and the sail boats the GG bridge, it's a post card.

All depends on what you like. Biased toward Charleston SC. It's consistently near the top destination list for a reason.
