That, hopefully, won't cost me an arm and a leg. (Looking to spend anywhere from $2-$10). I've already searched Walmart and Target. I need it as soon as possible, so online isn't an option.

Found a nice little one at Walmart. It has a velcro strap about an inch long

Most auto parts stores sell them as well as Sears and other department stores.

Also, try your local sporting goods stores. They have more specialized flashlights like you are looking for.

If you have time later, you can go to Cabelas.com.
They have many types of flashlights for hunting and camping uses.

You'll find them in many places. I got a very nice one at Lowe's.
It cost less than $6.
