If you're talking about 'self publishing' , there are many different services that you could consider.
There's one company that can print your book for around twenty buck a copy----but that's all they'll do--print and bind whatever you send them.
If you submit a manuscript to a traditional publisher, and get accepted, you don't pay anything---they pay you.
There's lots of books on this subject to help writers understand how it's done, and the consequences of your choice.
There's also pleanty of scams out there--vanity publishers that try to seem like traditional publishers.
Educate yourself before agreeing to anything.
Self publishing can cause problems for a writing career, but getting accepted by a real book publisher can be a long, hard road, too.
If you just want to have a nice, bound copy of your writing, but don't intend to make a living from writing, you should be able to find a company that can print your work for a reasonable price. I've seen it done.

Depends if you get a publisher, and a company that wants to publish it. Plus advertisement, and all the extras.
The prices vary.

Well ... if you get one of the big-name ones, a lot. If you get one of the little guys, a lot LESS than that. But still a good amount, I'm sure!!!
