It's awesome! It always seems to happen like when I am in the shower or nowhere near a pen or computer though! I worry that I will forget some important detail before I can get somewhere to write it all down!

It is great, and you have all these ideas that rush into your head and your go on a writing frenzy. But it stinks when you look back at your great idea and think, wow this story sucks. That just happened to me the other day, but I loved my characters that I was writing about, so I took them and placed them in a completely different story. Not nesscarily the same personality or traits, but i hadn't gotten too much into the other story to get into that. So, yeah, it's amazing, I love when that happens... just wish it would last for more than a day or two.

Of course it is. The trouble then is following through or staying focused. I love when my brain comes up with a great idea.

I agree. However, I find the problem is that once you try to translate that great idea into prose, it never quite sounds as good as it did in your head. But I'm probably just a cr*p writer.
