No, it isn't from the Sopranos! It's from the Godfather.
Three guys are driving out in the country (and happen to have a cannoli with them in the car), when the driver gets out to relieve himself, and the man in the back seat shoots the passenger in the back of the head. As the driver finishes up, he tells the assassin to "leave the gun, take the cannoli", and they walk away.

It is from the godfather, when going out to look for a place to hole up,(for a gang war ) three men two in front one in back stop so one (passenger) may relieve himself, the person in the back seat shoots the driver, ( leave the gun, take the cannoli) means business as usual
