My daughter turns 16 in October. What can she and her friends do in Denver for under $400.

I've heard good things about Boondocks, but not sure of their weather policy. Fort Fun in Fort Collins is open year around and as long as the track is dry you can drive go karts.
I know I wouldn't want to do a Halloween themed party for my b-day.
What about going out of town for the weekend with a couple of friends, like to Estes or something.

Casa Bonita for a 16 year old would not be fun - it would be embarrassing.
Elitch Gardens has Fright Fest. There are also Haunted House tours you can take by limo:

Guess it depends on whether she wants a formal sweet 16 party or just have fun with her friends.....not sure you'd get a sweet 16 for under $400 though.

Whatever you do don't take her to Casa Bonita! It's horrible. Well for my 16th birthday last year we went to denver. Someone suggested Boondock's, and that's a good idea.We also went shopping at the 16th street mall which was fun.
