i was an disney employee at one point. i acutally worked thru the college program, in the magic kingdom. what i can tell you, is i had a very little social life at that time. only because we were working 40+ hours a week and i had no car..
but i still will say i had a blast! all my friends were at my job, so it didnt seem like i was missing out on anything.

Disney's pretty famous for demanding too much from junior employees (I mean corporate employees). Burnout and turnover are high, have been for years.
