Good question but very difficult to answer precisely. The gold sources in the Americas (before the 19th century) were actually rather limited. Much more silver was mined especially in Potosi, Peru. Brazil experienced a gold rush in the 1700s which benefited Portugal. The native "Indian" gold was largely found by panning in streams - not by deep mining in Peru or Mexico.

Near-zero. Over the last 30 years, the world has produced about 60,000 metric tons of gold. Compared to this amount, the Aztec, Inca, and Mayan gold is an insignificant amount.
