I am trying to get applications offline and I keep getting the message that there is an error and my computer is going to have to shut down the internet page. I have spyware and I just bought new updates of everything. If I hit dont send, i get kicked off. If i hit send, i get kicked off. Also by hitting debug. What do I do to fix this problem? Does anyone else have this problem? I need to get it fixed so I can print off applications. Thanks!

If you have run your anti virus and spyware and it is still doing it then it sounds like an issue with IE itself. Try this if you havent figured it out by now. click on tools, manage add ons. look and see what is enabled and disabled. I found out that by disabling some stuff it helped with my issue about internet freezing.

a quick fix would be to download and install firefox
