Being a Disney Freak through and through, and working at the parks a few yaers ago (and never been to Vegas) I would say Disney.
THere is SOOOO much more than the "kiddie" things to do.
Pleasure Island and Downtown Disney has night clubs, bars, and all sorts of "goodies" for adults as well as children.
