I was recently playing on a computer game, I left this and came back to the desktop. Everything has suddenly gone really wide and out of proportion, I am really irritated. I have tryed going into control panel but all I can seem to do is change the font size, but this is not the problem. Is anyone else having problems? I really need help. Some one PLEASE help, I am going CRAZY. Lol. Much love. xx

Sounds like the game changed the screen resolution.

Right click anywhere on the desktop and select Properties from the menu that apears.
Go to the Settings tab of the window that appears
On the left side you will see a slide bar. Moving that bar will adjust the screen resolution. You probably want to slide it to the right, so that the numbers get bigger.
Play around and you should be able to find the resolution you want. Most common are 800x600 and 1024x768.

Try changing the screen resolution by going into display properties from Control Panel.

Right click on the desktop and go to properties. Then to the settings tab. It sounds like your resolution was changed. The standard is 1024 by 768 if you have a normal monitor.

You may have to reinstall the drivers for your video adapter (video card).

It also could e something in appearance. Right click an empty area on your desktop, click “Properties”; under the “Themes” it probably is set to “Windows XP (Modified)”. You can click on the drop down and select just “Windows XP” to reset the theme back to default.

Another suggestion is to do a System Restore. On your Start menu go to “Programs”; “Accessories”; System Tools” and click “System Restore”. You can restore to a date previous date before the problem occurred.

First off - turn off system and than restart. If the window remains LARGE - go to START and than Control Panel - go to DISPLAY - click on settings tab - see "screen Resolution"? move arrow all the way to the LEFT or - i position to the right and click apply

Right click on your desktop, choose Properties and go through the settings. If you choose a desktop theme, it will reset everything to your selection.
