Def....Part of your heart is gone! That is why it hurts so bad! If part of your arm or leg left....you would hurt....this is even harder....you can't live without your heart...so it has to mend...you can't cut the broken part out.........love ya sweety

I'm still not sure about why that is - when U luv someone hook line and sinker and the pain in yr gut won't go away - it is U have this headache literally - that won't go away -like in yr stomache U have a constant empty feeling - hungry to B loved right ? - abandonment on either side of the equation - especially if yr the sensitive type - yr ego becomes crushed - U think ur worthless - then sudenly U start to think about the best way to move on with improvement and progress - 4 me i started giving myself positive affirmations - i go to the bathroom mirror in the early part of morning - say good positive things i liked about my personality - taking care i was eating sensibly - do U know - friends suddenly become thin on the ground - wen you need them the most - wow .

It's hard to let go because we as are humans...very emotional...and thats what makes us human...if you are hurt only time and positive thinking will heal it...

because we think there will never be another and that is not true,those feelings will be stirred by another soon enough,try not to feel sad,try to remember the happy times and keep those memories close
