Easy, Just hit the "Print Screen" Button on the keyboard, and then open up MS Word or even Paint. Then right click and paste. You will have your Screenshot. There are also great software programs like screencapture. (free, but my friend mouser asks for any donations possible to keep it accessible.)

When you want to take a screenshot, press the print screen button. This button can be located next to the F12 button. If you want a screen shot of the currently open window, then press alt + print screen.
Then go to an image editor, and press ctrl + v
You can use the paint program that comes with most computers. start > all programs > accessories> paint.

Fastest way is to press the "Print Screen/Sys Rq" button and paste it to Paint and save it, works both on xp and Vista, if you have Vista you can do that or either use the snipping tool provided by Vista in your start menu or at the bottom in your quick tray.

when ever any thing written on button in box means to use "fn" key for them. Same in this case you need to hold "fn" key and press the button where "prt sc" is written in box. and then simply past it using Ctl+V in paint.
