3/2x + 1/10 = 4/2x.
1/2x = 1/10.
2x = 10.
x = 5.

3x/2x +x/10 = 2x/x multiply by x
3/2 +x/10 = 2 simplify x
30/2 + x = 20 solve for x
x = 20 - 30/2
x=5

(30 + 2x)/20x = 2/x
That then simplifies to 30 + 2x = 40
Then 2x = 10
Finally:
