What is a TRIM of a vehicle?

There's so many trims of viechles. What is Trim of a viechle.

Trim defines the appearance differences in a model. Say you have a Honda Accord as an example. The trim level will tell you if the car has cloth or leather, chrome or painted grille, Navigation or XM radio, hubcaps or custom wheels. Those types of options.

It won't tell you what size engine it has or what type of transmission it comes with. Trim defines interior materials and appearance options.

As for the Toyota Camry- a trim comes in an XLE Luxury Trim, an SE sport version and a Hybrid Trim. Even for cars like Chevy Impalas. They come in an entry level LS, a just right LT, an up-scale LTZ and a supercharged SS trim.

a trim of a vehicle is which type of model it is such as the Honda Civic (EX, DX, LX, etc). it just means the quality of the interior, options, specifications, etc. It's only the differences between what little things you payed extra for when it was new

Like a Jeep Wrangler S, and SE the model is the wrangler but the trim is S, and SE, the only difference is the options it comes with, such as a 6cylinder engine, leather seats, etc..

The trim refers to the appearance. More or upgraded chrome, fancy wheels, that type of thing. Just think of it as an appearance upgrade, leather instead of cloth seats, Electric windows instead of manual, etc.
