is it okay to have your hair long if your getting a acting headshot...iam a guy and i have long hair...cause the headshots i seen...alot of men have short have......and no i dnt wanna cut my hair yet..any tips

Why would you want to look like everyone else?
Like Theatre Doc said, your pics should look like you, just on a good day. You may also want to have one with your hair pulled back to show versatility.

There are tons of actors with long hair also with headshots with long hair. Do what you feel is comfortable.
