check out the coverage. i think of you will discover the Peugeot will fee the main and the Ford concentration the main inexpensive based on kind. the concentration won't purely be probable be less high priced than the Astra however the rear loading area could be better on the concentration too. the concentration has been proved to be a 5 megastar score interior the 'What vehicle' and 'Parkers' fee handbook so finding on the information, the concentration outweighs the different 2. regarding power, i think of you will discover the concentration greater advantageous. The one million.6 Astra I had, replaced right into slightly sluggish from a status start up. the concentration I even have now's extremely responsive.

The car with the proven track record and that would be the Focus. You also have to look at maintenance costs down the road and what the cost of parts and labor are for any given model vs. another model.

Had a gal in the shop buy her best friends Mercedes and knew that "all it needed" was some air-conditioning work and she thought, "Oh, the guys in the shop will hook me up." The cost of the parts alone was over $3,000 dollars and she just about hit the floor and said forget it.

She got suckered by her own ignorance.

Good Luck!

In my opinion - the Astra. The Focus has lost a lot of its magic since its original launch.

I looked recently at both of these two cars in the estate version for towing a small caravan. The Focus is better by far in all catagories. Fuel consumption, body weight, torque at low revs, and totally outweighs the Astra on hill starts. You can check this out at www.whattowcar.com ....hope this info is useful in choosing out of the two cars.

Of those two, certainly the Focus, but why not spread your net wider? I would agree entirely that Toyota beats them both - nothing ever goes wrong with them. I've had four Toyotas over a 20+ period and will go on buying them when necessary, which isn't very frequently! But there are Nissans and Mazdas, etc., etc worth looking at.

It's got to be the Ford Focus. It's still top of the charts and the one to beat.
