Wait until you evaluation then knock their socks off you will get a great raise

talk to your associates and ask them how long it took them to get a raise...
and if you feel like you are just as qualified as they were for their raises then i would talk to your manager and ask in a not so desperate way about how you would like to be evaluated on your performance and see if you are legible for a raise...
