ROFL..... no, it'd be served at a real Mexican Restaurant..... (Taco Bell doesn't qualify as real food, let alone real mexican food!)
*thinks* [looking over menu] ....I want the enchaladas..... the crispy fajitas.... and a side of the Condoleezza Rice, extra spicy!

♥ ROFL.

Excellent idea - I suggest to name it "Burrito con Condi". But it would have to bear a legal notice, targeted at american democrats, that reverse eating it is neither intended nor recommended usage and that under no circumstances Taco Bell can be held responsible for any damage.

My friend has a Mexican restaurant in D.C. with this as a weekly special. Sometimes he mixes it with rice from different parts of the world when she goes on national security missions abroad.
For example, the Condi Ghandi rice was mixed with brown rice from India... It featured curry on it also, and was a little different, took awhile to catch on!

Rice is a common enough last name, but Condoleeza is pretty goofy. Apparently when her parents named her, they never thought she'd have a future in politics.
