I would say that our decisions affect what we do and byt that then human errors are by choice.

Errors are just bad choices. Choices determine destiny. There is no such thing as pre-destined. Our life takes the course that we choose. A Karma, You reep what you sew, Kind of thing.

I answer this question because I chose to do so, but at the same time, my looking at what others have said, influence my choice, so the choice is quite possibly therefore predetermined by choices I have made before, so there is no choice, because here I go, sending this message.

some are predestined.some or not.there are two types of actions voluntary and involuntary.errors committed by voluntary acts u can not say are predestined.Those which are the outcome of involuntary acts can be considered as predestined.
